1.
Customer Segments: We will definitely target the niche JMU market, but
more specifically target men who have been neglected by the “support my
rack” shirts.
2. Value Proposition: Our value is added by our design. We feel its clever and attractive.
3. Channels: Our proximity, our website, and social networks will be our main channels.
4.
Customer Relations: Our location in the community and website will help
us build customer service by allowing easy interaction and service.
5. Revenue Stream: Our revenue will come from asset sale of our t-shirts. We will have a fixed price, driven by cost.
6. Key Resources: Our key resources are obviously are product. That is what we are selling and what brings in revenue.
7.
Key Activities: I think our product is simple. We will have to keep
costs down so production and our supplier is one of our biggest issues.
We will have to do research and find the best supplier for us. Also, our
marketing efforts and sales will be a challenge, because once we have
the merchandise it will be vital to sell them.
8.
Key Activities- initially our biggest challenge will be to form a
relationship with a supplier to improve economies of scale. We will have
to talk with suppliers about our idea and pitch the growth potential to
possibly strike a deal on lower prices for future business based on
growth.
9.
Cost structure- We would definitely be selling a cost driven product.
We will hopefully buy from the lowest cost supplier. We probably won’t
order enough merchandise to achieve economies of scale, but we hope to
buy in bulk to lower prices.
